A tour of the admin
The menu follows the departments of an agency, not the inner workings of the software. You see only the sections your company uses and your role may open, so your menu may be shorter than this page.
The top
- Dashboard: your main figures with their trend, what needs attention today, where your leads came from, enquiries and listings week by week, a map of your listings with the busiest areas, and the latest leads.
- My work: what waits for you, as one card per part with its count, late ones in red.
Properties
Your stock, shared by every line of business: Listings (sale, lease and holiday homes) and Projects (developments that group listings). The lists of property types, amenities, cities and areas behind them live in Settings. See Properties.
CRM
The sales and leasing desk: Leads from your website and your own entries, Deals moving through pipelines, the Board view of those pipelines, Viewings, Contacts (every person you deal with) and Tasks. A badge on the section counts new leads. See CRM.
Holiday homes
The Calendar of your properties and the Bookings requested from your website, with a badge for requests waiting for your answer. See Holiday homes.
Property management
The Owners whose properties you manage, with their documents, and their leases on the Tenants screen. See Property management.
Maintenance
Jobs, Inspections and Contractors. See Maintenance.
Finance
Every line’s money in one place for whoever keeps the books: the Overview, the General ledger, Property sales, Lease rentals, Holiday home (guests’ payments) and Maintenance charges. The last three also appear under their own lines; that is on purpose. See Finance.
Reports
The reports your role may open, grouped by line: CRM, Holiday home, Lease rental and Maintenance. See Reports.
Team
Members, Departments, Working time and Roles. See Team.
Settings
Setup never sits among daily work. Settings holds a group per line: Company (branding, domains, website profile), Properties, CRM, Holiday homes, Property management, Maintenance, Email, Connections (storage and payment connectors), Embeddings and Security (network access and the audit log). See Settings and Security.
Developers
What your website and your other systems use: the API documentation (the full reference, for staff only), Publishable keys, Secret keys, Webhook endpoints, Webhook deliveries and the Site rebuild hook. This section shows only when your company has it switched on. See Developers.
Your account menu
Under your name: Change password, Recovery codes, Downloads (the files you exported) and sign out. The Operations app, for staff in the field, opens from the header.
